Phuket International fast track is a meet-and-assist service: a greeter meets you at BKK and guides you through priority immigration lanes where airport operations allow, so you spend less time in the main queue than on a standard arrival.
Times vary by flight volume and airport rules, but many travellers clear immigration in well under 15 minutes with fast track BKK airport assistance, compared with 45–90 minutes in peak regular queues.

Standard bookings: at least 12 hours before your flight, up to 90 days ahead. If your flight is 8–12 hours before departure, you may use our urgent priority path at checkout (PayPal or card; a non-refundable processing fee applies).
We monitor flights and adjust the meet time when possible. Our support team is available 24/7 if your schedule changes.
Standard bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before scheduled flight departure are eligible for a refund of the service portion. Disclosed card, Alipay, and PayPal processing fees are not refunded on customer cancellations. The ฿1,000 urgent priority fee is never refunded. Restricted eligibility bookings (VOA-only passport countries on arrival/combo) are non-refundable once accepted at booking. See our Refund Policy for the full rules.
We are a licensed tour operator working with certified greeters at Phuket International (HKT). Your voucher states the exact service scope and meeting instructions.
After booking and payment, you receive a digital voucher with the meeting point, time window, and greeter contact details for your flight.

TDAC is a free online arrival form required for most foreign nationals before entering Thailand. You submit it yourself on the official Immigration website (tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card), usually within 72 hours before arrival. FastTrack Phuket does not submit TDAC for you; we recommend completing it before you travel.
Immigration may delay your entry until TDAC is complete. Complete TDAC as early as you can using the official portal. Your fast-track greeter assists after you clear any mandatory immigration steps that apply to your case.
No. VOA is a separate immigration desk and fee for eligible nationalities. Our greeter can guide you after VOA is issued, but the VOA queue and payment are not included in the list price.
Eligibility changes; check the Thai Immigration website or your embassy for the current list. If you need VOA, allow extra time before any meet-and-assist window in your voucher.
Contact us with your confirmation code as soon as you know. We monitor flights when possible and will try to reschedule the meet to your new arrival time, subject to availability and airport rules.
Your voucher states the meeting point, usually near the terminal entrance or check-in area you selected. Be ready with your passport and boarding pass at the agreed time window.
You can book arrival only, departure only, or both legs together as a combo in one checkout.
If immigration has flagged you before, you need a special visa, or you are unsure about entry eligibility, resolve that with an embassy or airline first. We cannot influence immigration decisions.
